Rockhard Entertainment is the name of the label Rihanna and Lana Del Rey are signed to. Headed by CEO Alexander Easley, the label has quickly grown in reputation since its launch last December. Starting with signing mega-superstar Rihanna, Alexander and the full team at Rockahard set out to ensure that the singer's comeback to the music scene would be the biggest in recent memory.
Without a doubt, they succeded. With a successful combination of well selected promotional spots, and clever business deals, Rihanna was able to make her return to music the spectacle she and her team hoped it would be. Notable deals the label has managed to acquire for the star include a $10 million deal with iHeartMedia Inc, a major concert event in collaboration with the Oscar Academy , and most recently the uber-successful "Revolve by Rihanna" partnership with Beats Entertainment, valued at $55 million. With their recent announcement of the signing of multi-platinum singer Lana Del Rey, it will be interesting to see what the label do with her this summer.
